I live a busy life, working, volunteering, and getting my teenagers to all their activities. When menopause struck me with hot flashes, mood swings, and fatigue, I couldn't keep up the pace. I was afraid to take replacement hormones. You hear so much bad press about them. Thanks to Menopol, I don't have to choose between living the lifestyle I enjoy and possibly winding up with cancer or a stroke. My hot flashes are under control, my emotions are on an even keel and, now, when my husband is in the mood, I am again, too.
